ICICI Bank conducts the PO selection programme every year through which the bank selects eligible candidates and train them in banking skills. Once the Candidate successfully goes through all the phases of selection and training they will be appointed as Assistant Managers in ICICI Bank.

About ICICI Bank PO Programme : ICICI Bank which is India`s largest private bank has been conducting the PO programme for the past few years wherein graduates are selected through Aptitude test & Interview. Those selected for the PO Programme undergo intensive training for 12-14 months(with stipend) on banking domain. On completion of the training, the candidates would be taken as Asst.Managers into ICICI Bank with annual salary of more than 3.5 lakhs
Dates: Online registration closes on – June 30 2010
Aptitude Test/Interview expected during - July / August 2010
Eligibility Criteria : Candidates who are interested to apply for ICICI bank PO recruitment 2010,
* Must have completed graduation(any discipline) with 55% aggregate
* Should be within 25 yrs as on November 1, 2010

The information given above is self sufficient to understand the pattern of examination and the teststhat are to be held. During the training period, (12 months to 14 months) , it is mentioned Stipend will be paid. If the quantum of stipend is mentioned, it gives more clarity to the candidates.
