Union Bank of India Officer’s Cadre examination for the post of Senior Manager (Credit, Large Corporate, MSME, Infrastructure Finance, Project Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Lending Automobile Solutions), Senior Manager (Credit, Large Corporate, MSME, Infrastructure Finance, Project Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Lending Automobile Solutions),Manager (Risk Management, Manager (Forex, Integrated Treasury & CMS),Manager (Information Technology), Manager (Technical),Assistant Manager (Personnel), Assistant Manager (Law), Assistant Manager (Rural Development), Assistant Manager (Marketing) will be held on September 6th 2009 .
Examination is conducted for above mentioned grade with a vacancy of total of 900 posts under different cadre.
The selection process for all the above mentioned grades will start with written test followed by group group discussion; final selection will be based on the direct/personal interview for those candidates who are selected in the previous rounds.
Union Bank of India Selection Process:
The selection process in UBI will be carried out as follows
1. First test will be written test /Objective Test.
2. Secondly Group discussion will be conducted for the candidates who are selected in written test.
3. Finally Personal/Direct interview will be conducted for those who have cleared the group discussion.
4. The persons who are selected in Personal interview will be allotted to their respective post in Union Bank of India.
UBI Written Examination / Test Procedure:
All applicants who have applied for the posts of Junior Management Grade / Scale – I (JMGS-I) in UBI bank will appear for Written Test.
About Objective Test:
Objective test contains a total of 225 Question which has to complete within 135 minutes, the total marks allotted for this section is 200.
- Total no of questions: 225 questions.
- Duration for objective Test: 135 Minutes
- Total Marks Allotted for Objective test is Duration: 200 marks
I) Each Section in Objective Type Test:
- Reasoning Test /Test of Reasoning:
- Total marks :80 marks
- Total questions: 75 Questions.
- Quantitative Aptitude Test
- Total marks :60 marks
- Total questions :50 Questions
- Test for General Awareness
- Total marks :60 marks
- Total questions :50 Questions
- English Language Test
- Total marks :50 marks
- Total questions :50 Questions
II) Objective Test under Computer Knowledge and Subject of Specialization:
There is also possibility of other two additional Objective type Tests
A) Test on Computer Knowledge:
- Total marks :50 marks
- Total questions :50 Questions
- Test Duration:30 Minutes
B) Test on Subject of Specialization relevant to the Post:
- Total marks :50 marks
- Total questions :50 Questions
- Test Duration:30 Minutes
Marks To be scored to get selected in Objective Test:
- A minimum of 40% marks have to be scored by general candidates out 200 marks.
- For (SC/ST) candidates they have to score 35% marks. Out of 200 marks.
Marks To be scored to get selected in Objective Test on ‘Computer Knowledge’ and Subject of Specialization relevant to the Post.
- 50% marks have to be scored by general candidates
- For (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) candidates they have to score 45% marks.
Note: Negative Marks will be considered for each and every wrong choice of answer in Objective test
