Adarsh Cooperative Bank Cluster Head Job Details:

  • Responsible for a Cluster of branches (5 to 7 branches) and optimize asset – liability mix at the Cluster level.
  • Responsible for achieving Cluster targets.
  • Managing a team of Managers – Recovery / Assets / Liability at cluster level to regulate funds and minimize over dues and NPAs.
  • Accountable to minimize NPAs through quality management for the Cluster, skill development, recognition, rewards, and feedback.

Adarsh Cooperative Bank Cluster Head Job Requirement :

  • The incumbent is desired to have 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in banking operations and business development.
  • Strong domain knowledge.
  • Also should be aware of Financial Instruments available in the market.
  • Excellent Leadership and planning skills.
  • Growth oriented, Innovative with Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
