Canara bank has announced recruitment of 700 Investment Officers. Below are the details of this notification.

Post – Vacancies – Payscale:

Canara Bank Investment Officer – 700 posts (across various states) – Rs.15000 /month

Dates : Online registration of applications for Canara Bank Investment Officer Posts– 22.06.2010 to 10.07.2010

Written exam – 05.09.2010

Eligibility Criteria for candidates who are interested to apply for Investment Officer post in Canara bank,

* Age limit : 21 – 30 yrs, as on 1.06.2010

* Must be a graduate in any degree (MBA preferred)

* Should be able to read/write & speak the local language of the state applying for.

* Candidates must posses knowledge of computers (Windows,MS-DOS,MS-Office etc) already or within 6 months of joining bank.

Selection Criteria: The selection process for Investment officer recruitment in Canara bank will be through – Written test & Interview.The written test has Objective test & Descriptive test.There is negative marking for each wrong answer in objective test & bank will decide on the qualifying marks.

Application : The application fee of Rs.300(Gen/OBC) or Rs.50(SC/ST) has to be paid at any Canara bank branches,using the payment challan .After payment, candidates have to fill the application form online available at  canarabank.com before 10.07.2010 by mentioning personal,educational & payment details.
