Corporation Bank Officer Posts Recruitment 2010 - Corporation bank a premier public sector bank in India is inviting online applications to fill 398 officer posts in various categories across India. Out of the 398 posts open for recruitment majority of the posts are in Marketing(100), Probationary General Officers(82), Agriculture Field Manager(40), Credit Managers(105), Forex Manager(22).

Note: Candidates can apply online through the Bank’s website www.corpbank.in after payment of fees between 16th Nov to 30th Nov 2010. Bank has mandated that it will accept only online applications and no other mode of sending applications is accepted.

Application Fee : Fee paid to the bank is non-refundable

(a) For SC/ST/XS/PC - Rs. 50/-
(b) For all others (including OBC) - Rs. 300/-

Eligibility Criteria : Candidates who are interested to apply for the positions have to read through the bank notification for the post they are interested in to understand the eligibility criteria.

Selection Process: Selection procedure for the recruitment of UCO Bank PO jobs is through Written Exam and Interview. Candidates have to score a minimum of 40% marks to qualify and Applicants who score the highest in the test will only be called for personal interview. Negative marking is not applicable for this test.

a. Objective tests: 250 questions to be answered in 150 minutes which consists of  (i)Reasoning  & Computer competency(ii) General Awareness  (iii) English Language Skills (iv) Quantitative Aptitude.

b. Descriptive Test – Only one paper for 100 marks which needs to be completed in 60 minutes duration with emphasis on Socio Economic Developments and to assess written communication skills.
