Food Corporation of India (FCI) Recruitment Notification 2010 FCI headquartered in New Delhi that has offices across 5 zones of the country is a government organization which was setup to ensure smooth supply & distribution of food grains across India..

Food Corporation of India as part of their expansion drive has announced recruitment of 1600 Assistant Grade III posts in North zone & 695 Assistant Grade III posts in West zone.

Post – Vacancies – Payscale:

North Zone: Assistant Grade III – 1600 posts – Rs.9300-22940

West Zone: Assistant Grade III – 695 posts – Rs.9300-22940

Dates: Last date for online applications – September 7, 2010

Written examination (tentative) – 14.11.2010

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates who are interested to apply for FCI jobs in have to meet the necessary criteria mentioned below,

Assistant Grade III (General) : Maximum age, as on 1.8.2010 should be 25 years and should have a  Degree with O level computer qualification of DOEACC  OR Degree in Computer Science or Computer Application

Assistant Grade III (Accounts) : Maximum age, as on 1.8.2010 should be 25 years  and should have Degree in Commerce/ Maths / Statistics & O level DOEACC Computer qualification /Degree in Computer Science or Computer Application

Assistant Grade III (Quality Control) : Maximum age, as on 1.8.2010 should be 25 years and should have Degree in Science (agri preferred) & O level DOEACC computer qualification /Degree in Computer Science or Computer Application

Selection Process : The selection process for FCI Jobs consists of Written test only.Shortlisted candidates from the test would be selected through merit after document verification.

Application Procedure : Candidates have to pay Rs.300 through DD & payable at Noida.There is no fee for SC/ ST/ PH candidates.The DD & certificates have to be sent along with the printout of online application to the mentioned address before 7.9.2010.
