Job Description – JD for HDFC Bank Ahmedabad Project Manager Job 2010 :
- Managing projects the designated region.
- Identification and assessment of potential branches.
- Negotiation and landlord coordination for new branch premises
- Ensuring legal compliance and registration of premises.
- Office interiors / remodeling / renovation / expansion of existing Bank infrastructure,
- Company Flats – Purchase/Rent/Maintenance/Leave & License Agreement
- Setting up of DG Sets, UPS, Stabilizers, ACS & CCTV, FAS, Air conditioners, purifiers, etc
- Branch signages
- Department’s budgets / Audits / MIS / Cost Control and Budgets etc.
- Coordination with various departments externally and internally – Admin, IT & CPC Vendor items, Branch Opening Forms to IT for Branch Code Generation, RBI Intimation, Poforma I & II sending to Audit for submission to RBI, Liasioning with Architect ,Contractors & landlords and Branch & ATM Launch etc.)
- Procurement, vendor selection and management
- Supervising vendor payments and bill verification.
