Job Description – JD for HDFC Bank Relationship Manager Working Capital Job :

  • Comprehensive selling of all Banking services and products after careful evaluation of the existing client portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell all products and services (i.e. Liabilities, Trade/ Payment services, Investments, Credit cards etc).
  • Generate business from existing customers.
  • Manage portfolio monitoring, for risk profiling and advisory.
  • Effective management and resolution of customer complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, Audit and Central bank Requirements
  • Regular monitoring of accounts for excesses, credit quality, covenants etc.
  • Regular client visits and periodic site/collateral inspections.

Requirements for HDFC Bank Relationship Manager Working Capital Job :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong grasp of accounting/ financial concepts for detailed financial statement/risk analysis.
  • Good understanding of the banks products and services and operations, particularly comfortable with the Working Capital and Financial Markets products.
  • Good understanding of financial analysis tools and risk assessment procedures.
