• To manage and drive Personal loan sales thru a dedicated team of Telecallers and doc executives.
• To drive cross sell of Auto loans and Insurance .
• To meet various profitability parameters of the business.
• To recruit, manage, train and develop telesales team.
• To liase with credit, collection, CPA & BEU for smoother processing of loans files.
