HDFC Bank Supervisor Job Description :

• Lead a team of customer Services Agents
• Driving the Key performance call center indicators Viz. service , sales, resolution & retention targets
• Responsible for Productivity parameters – Call Quality, achievement of target Service Levels, Average Call Handling Time,hold time
• To meet the Customer Satisfaction Parameters and meet the defined service standards.
• Manage the day to day operations of the unit as per defined processes and ensure. compliance to audit guidelines.
• Complaint management-Ensuring proper handling of escalations and judicious utilization of financial & non financial authority.
• Revenue generation through cross selling of the banks products.
• Focusing on timely good profile recruitments and training to ensure team bandwidth for sustained business performance is achieved
• Perform to adapt new business initiatives and deliver as a team
• Team building and motivation -Building the team in terms of service / sales / quality culture by leading by example
• Motivating personnel towards sustained achievement of performance standards and Unit goals and ensuring minimal attrition.

HDFC Bank Supervisor Job 2010 requires candidates to have the following requirements

HDFC Bank Supervisor Job Requirements :

• Required skill(s): Credit Cards experience,
• Customer Relationship management
• Strong Communication Skills.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Customer service -Credit Cards)is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service – General or Call Centre Executive.
• Candidate Should have full time Regular Degree , Master in Business Admin/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/ Post Graduate Program in Management in Others or equivalent.
• Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
