The last date for receipt of applications is on  10^th November 2009.The written examination date for the post of Officer will be on 3^rd January 2010.The written examination for the post of clerk cum cashier will be on 10^th January 2010.

• The no of posts available for clerk is :40 posts
• The no of posts available for Officer cadre is : 32 posts

Pallavan Grama Bank Eligiblity Details:

Pallavan Grama Bank Officer Eligiblity Details :

• The applicant must be a graduate from any recognized university
• If the applicant is a Post graduate candidate from recognized university .he/she will be given more preference.
• The candidate must have knowledge in computer, like MS-Office, Networking (compulsory).
• The candidate applying for officer post in Pallavan Grama Bank must know Tamil and English Languages, the candidate must also speak the languages fluently.
• The candidate must be a citizen of India.

Pallava Grama Bank Clerk Eligiblity Details :

• The candidate must have secured atleast 55% in 12^th standard,
• The candidate can be graduate from any recognized university
• The candidate applying for clerk post must be a citizen of India, and must be permanent resident from Tamil Nadu.
• The candidate must have computer knowledge.
• The candidate must know Tamil, English language to (speak,read,write.)

Application Details:

The application procedure for the post of clerk/ officer are as follows,

The candidates applying for the post of clerk in Pallavan Grama Bank will have to take DD for Rs.300 (Incase of SC/ST candidates they must take DD for Rs.50) in favour of Pallavan Grama Bank- Recruitment Project 2009, which is to be payable at Salem . The DD and photocopy/Xerox copies of certificates should be send along with the application on or before 10^th November 2009.

Salary Details :

• The salary for the post of Officer will range from Rs.10,000 to Rs.18,240.
• The salary for the post of clerk will range from Rs.4410 to Rs.13210.

Selection Process for Clerk/Officer :

The selection for the post of clerk /cashier starts with written test followed by interview.

Written Exam details :

The written test will contain sections like Objective Test, Descriptive test.Kindly note that for each wrong answer , negative marking will be considered. The candidates has to answer the descriptive test only in tamil.

For Officer cadre the written examination will commence on 3r January 2010,for clerk post the written exam will commence on 10^th January 2010
