South Indian Bank Recruitment 2009 – South Indian Bank invites application for the the clerk post in Kerala and Tamil Nadu branches .Nearly 100 posts are vacant for clerk cadre.Candidates can apply for the clerk post only through online in South Indian Bank Official website www.southindianbank.com.The online registration starts on 28^th October 2009.The last date for online application is 21st November 2009.The last date for receiving the system generated printout of DD- Demand Draft,photo,other documents are 28^th November 2009.The written examination for the clerk post will commence on January 3^rd 2009.

Age Limit:

• Candidate within the age limit of 26yrs as on 30 September 2009 can apply for clerk post in South Indian Bank.
• Incase of SC/ST candidates upper age limit of 26+5 years of age is acceptable.

No of Vacancies:

Total no of vacancies for the post of clerk in South Indian Bank are 100.

Educational Qualification :

• The candidate must be graduate from any recognized university with 50 % marks in science stream and 45%msrks in other stream.
• The candidate must have knowledge in computer.

South Indian Bank clerk exam Selection process :

The selection process starts with a written test followed by personal interview .Only candidates who are selected in written test can attend personal interview.

The candidates applying for clerk post in South Indian Bank must take DD-Demand Draft for Rs.250 (incase of SC/ST candidates they must DD for Rs.50) in favour of

The centers for written exam for clerk post will be held at Chennai ,Coimbatore ,Thrissur, Ernakulam , Kozhikode,Thiruvananthapuram.
