Lakshmi Vilas Bank recommends dividend

Lakshmi Vilas Bank informed that, the board of directors of the company at its meeting recommended 7% dividend.

Lakshmi Vilas Bank has recently entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dabur CGU Life Insurance Company. The Bank through 211 branches spread across 9 states and the Union territory of Delhi will market the Life insurance products of Dabur CGU.
