Public sector banks in the country are likely to recruit over 1.5 lakh personnel in various cadres over the next three years predicts Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) as they believe the manpower requirement of all Public sector banks in India will increase substantially over the next three years as all the banks are lined up for expansion.
