Now since MTNL has discontinued the ‘95′ dialling facility it will be helpful if ABN provides it’s Delhi customers with a local dialling no. wherein we do not have to prefix ‘0′ to check into our account.

I have contacted to your customer care several times but i didnot got a single person to handle call or help me out with their escalation matrix i dont know when im going to get the resolution
all the people who are handling the calls or their supervisor are unable to help me out

Ref statement dated 14/06/2009. I was charged the membership fee of Rs 2000/- with a Service tax of Rs 206/-. The statement needed me to pay Rs 2205.24 by 04/07/2009. I had logged-in to the customer complaint no. and was given a Request No. of 09062400931 for cancellation of the above mentioned charges. I received an SMS on my mobile, subsequently confirming the reversal.
However, I again received a statement dated 14/07/2009, couple of days back, this time charging me as follows:
Late fee : 350.00
Finance Charge-Retail: 71.62
Service Tax : 43.42
…with a total payment due Rs 2670.28
The above tells me that despite a call-log, followed by an SMS from the credit card division; the reversals have not got effected thereby charging me late fees etc.
In lieu of the above, I would want to surrender my card to avoid further hassles and undue wastage of time for both you and me.
I would want to redeem my points earned – ‘548’ on this card please.
Anxiously awaiting your response please.

Hi,
I have taken a housing loan 9216504.I want to repay this loan off but nobody is even willing to give me the outstanding statemnet.Moreover the collection agency of the bank is coming to my house to collect the EMI but it is not the duty of the bank to intimate me the fact that they have exausted the cheques.I am not reciving the statements for the last 2 years.I think the services given by the bank are below par and need immediate improvement.

I was having abnamro credit card and i never used it and one FINE MORNING I received preapproved chque even without my request and on enquiry it was told if it was not required that may be torn off and subsquently I deposited the card in torn off condition in ATM centre AS PER THE advice of your customer care executiveand now in cibi record in defalter case my name included and hence i written a letter and sent through speed post and it was acknowledged by your office Noida and got smsthat reply and clearance will be sent in 7 seven working daysbut so far nothing is received .kindly sent the clearance.MY DATE OF BIRTH IS 05.06.1956,PH 9444000048,My mother name Nagalakshmi ammal,my address 3and3/1,marundeeswarar apartment ,mettustreet,Thiruvanmiyur,Chennai-600041

Sir,

I haded a conversation with one of your staff dont know either he is from the bank or agencey but definently he is reperesenting the bank .

He is using un ehtical words and filthy language which is not accepetable for any of your client . The name of the staff is Zaid Sheikh and the number is 01204233272

please look into the matter and take it seriously otherwise i will be forced to take legal action against the bank/ and file a complaint in econmic offence wing also.

Hi, I have got in 2005 ABN ambro credit card without my apply and unfortunatily used on time but and pay the due amount before due date and after that i discard the card and retuned your delhi branch but after that i got many staements whci is showing balance , late fee, service tax etc.. but now i could find my name id shown in CIBIL as defaulter, please correct it and give me the confirmation

Its was a pathetic experience for me! I had taken a home loan and had done the full payment of that. But the concerned department failed to update the system to reflect the payment. I am forced to run from post to pillar to get my documents. They have taken my money and not giving back the document. Are they going to pay interest for the keeping my amount for 20 odd days @12.5% interetse that they charge customers for home loans or for defaulting? My suggestion is NEVER APPROACH ABN AMRO for loans. The whole system is a big MESS.

iam facing a great problem with ABN amro credit card. without purchasing anything am getting the statemant and it says dat i hav to pay the late fee. There is no response even after my ‘n’ number of requests to waver the late fee and am not able to contact the customer care in an efficient way as most of the msgs are recorded ones. pls help me out.

i have 2 dues this month and last month. But some private people are visiting my house and also calling me daily regarding the payment. as i am short of funds i need some time to pay the balence.My request is can you please stop these people comming and calling me.

In my Master credit card I hv spent 70000 against my limit of 100000/- But Rs600/- has been charged as overlimit in my current bill.
