i have 2 dues this month and last month. But some private people are visiting my house and also calling me daily regarding the payment. as i am short of funds i need some time to pay the balence.My request is can you please stop these people comming and calling me.
please send me the mail regarding this.</description>

		<description>Its was a pathetic experience for me! I had taken a home loan and had done the full payment of that. But the concerned department failed to update the system to reflect the payment. I am forced to run from post to pillar to get my documents. They have taken my money and not giving back the document. Are they going to pay interest for the keeping my amount for 20 odd days @12.5% interetse that they charge customers for home loans or for defaulting? My suggestion is NEVER APPROACH ABN AMRO for loans. The whole system is a big MESS.</description>

I haded a conversation with one of your staff dont know either he is from the bank or agencey but definently he is reperesenting the bank .

He is using un ehtical words and filthy language which is not accepetable for any of your client . The name of the staff is Zaid Sheikh and the number is 01204233272

please look into the matter and take it seriously otherwise i will be forced to take legal action against the bank/ and file a complaint in econmic offence wing also.

I have taken a housing loan 9216504.I want to repay this loan off but nobody is even willing to give me the outstanding statemnet.Moreover the collection agency of the bank is coming to my house to collect the EMI but it is not the duty of the bank to intimate me the fact that they have exausted the cheques.I am not reciving the statements for the last 2 years.I think the services given by the bank are below par and need immediate improvement.
