Hi,
Everytime I try to do netbanking I fail, specially if it is after a gap of a month or so, earlier 2-3 times I called up customer care for help, then I could do, they also are not available when we need but they take their own sweet time to help, today also I am trying to log-in, it is not accepting my user ID & password, it says invalid, I want to take help, nobody is picking my call who used to help earlier, I wonder if the ph.no.is correct.
Now I am looking up for a helpline no. on the website, there is no provision of that, I wonder when your website will work hassle free.
I pray someone with good knowledge of IT helps you do that soon. Thank you for providing this space to learn about customer greviences.

Every month i deposit cheque of hdfc bank in my andhra bank account. The cheque is local (hyderbad) and my andhra bank account is in hyderabad. Even both are local it takes 4 days to get credited. Why adhra bank is functioning like this i dont understand.

i observe the same ATM problem, every time i visit AB ATM, one board with out of service will be there. i am thinking of closingmy account with the BANK.
