Steps to follow If you lose Dena Credit Card:
1. Call to the above Dena Bank Credit Card Customer Care number.
2. once the call is connected,you shall be greeted as ” Welcome to Voice Authorisation” and after that you shall get connected to Call Centre executive.
3. Answer the questions asked by the attendant for verification.
4. Immediately after reporting loss of card, fax a written intimation on the above fax number.
5. Report loss of card to the nearest police station.
6. Send written intimation along with FIR to the following address:
