I’m trying to talk to ICICI customer care but there is no option of talking with them only fixed options are there. This is not a way to handle the cutomers problem.

We have a fund transfer form UK to your bank and further to SBI at Delhi under a project in favour of Secretary Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi. But we have not recieved the FICR.
How can we get it.
