Dear Sir/Madam,

Good Evening!!

Its a matter of worry for the customers of SBI who prefers the Bank services other than any other banks. The Bank provide such a good services and take care of its customers need in each n every ascpects but if such a reputed name in the field of Financial Institute is mutilated by its people then its the matter of shame for both the service provider & service holder.
We always prefer to be the customer of SBI but after the incident i.e in a deal to get NEW CREDIT CARD “Through YOUR AUTHORISED AGENT ” shake over belief in the Bank services.
Sir, we applied for New Credit Card in the month of June through your agent under application no. 1215260001186 , submitt all the required documents with the words that we are able to receive the card within 15 days but after 3-4 weeks when we try to find out the status the agent through which we entered in the transaction with bank is unable to reach . Somehow we manage to track but he is not properly behaving , he is neither ready to tell us the status nor he is tell us the further move then whats the purpose of keeping the AGENT if they dig you in between. IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY FINISH WITH MAKING THE MEMBER WHETHER THE PROCEDURE IS FULFILLED OR NOT?
WHO IS GOING TO TAKE THE BURDEN, BANK OR THE AGENT ????

Kindly look into the matter if the bank wants to keep his name high or else the loyal customer like us switchs to others because of no direct fault of you.

on aug8th i tried to withdraw 2000 for 3times from sbi a/c but transaction was failed for all the 3 times.But later on august9th when i checked my balance 8000 was debited from my a/c and in my bank statement it says amout was withdrawn from ATM

on August 10th i used my atm card for withdrawing the money at Indian bank ( Peenya ) around 7.30pm i have not received the money but the amount has been debited from my account.

I, Chandra Shekhar Pandey an Ex-Serviceman having my pension A/c in SBI Barabanki, main branch since last three years i.e Saving A/c No.011082766874. Recently CDA(Navy) Mumbai had sent a corrg. P.P.O No.Corr/09/97/B/S/00136/2009 dated 04/6/2009 to the bank and copy to me for enhancing my pension and crediting my past Pension and DCRG arrears into my above pension account according to the Sixth CPC Revision. Since last two months, I am running from pillar to post but all in vain no body had taken any action. The bank manager gave me the Mobile No. of concerned official (Mob:919415341827) to contact and get my problem sorted out. But the concerned official when called, starts using abusive and insulting language and said that he is not related to my affairs any way. Now the bank manager also not picking up my telephone calls, I have lodged the complain No.CC1249297081359 and CC1249731393500 on the Internet site of SBI and also sent several emails to SBI barabanki,SBI helpline Lucknow and customer care center of SBI, But no one is bother to even reply. Now by this complain at your august forum I want that concerned SBI authorities may please be directed to solve my problem at an early date. Your urgent attention on the matter is solicited.

My case is also the same. On Aug 10th 2009, I tried to withdraw money Rs. 2100/ from Atm, it didnt get success, it said DECLINED. But next day i checked that my balance got debited with Rs.2100/- I raised ticker and sent mail.. no response. I was trying to reach customer care for one week, i couldnt. Please help me out. what to do? Kindly do the needful. Its very urgent.

Hi everybody,

I got my money back to my account.

Instead of sending mail and calling to customer care, you directly give a call to your branch (where you have an account) and give them a details of your account. They will transfer money back to your account.

i had a querry regarding my account for which i wanted to activate the online banking , but it seems as if sbi personnels are the most busiest ones in the whole world as none of them cares about the customer, may be a large number of customers they are having is enabling them not to care for their retired services. right now also i am holding a call to talk to an executive who can help me out regarding an issue, its been half an hour already but there is no response ,as all their representatives are busy, and all of them who are calling them have spare time to pass on phone.

I am given the application to SBI, Bengdubi for transfer the account to SBI, IAI, Girinagar, Pune-25 on 08 Apr 2009, the same is not transferred till date. I want to change the address of my account from SBI, Bengdubi to SBI, IAT, Girinagar, Pune-25 Branch Code No 02155.

Dear sir,
I am an account holder of sbi, jagatpur, cuttack, (orissa). i had gone to make a FD in the abovesaid branch, the accountant named Mr. K.K Mohanty behaved rudely with me, at 3:30 pm he replied me that it is not the time for banking hour, i have no time go away. is this the way to behave with your customer ??? at that time the branch manager was not available in the bank premisis. When I asked for the complain register they told us it is with Branch manager, after several askings they refuse to give it. any how the work was done with the help of another kind hearted person Mr. Patel of that branch.
sir, kindly suggest me what is time for banking hour, for making an FD which time should i visit to bank.
please take necessary action against Mr.KK Mohanty, so that he can realise how to behave with a customer.
