ING Vysya Bank is formed by combining Vysya Bank Ltd, a leading private sector Bank and ING of Dutch during the year 2002. Vysya Bank was a year old Bank started in the year 1930 and had increased its financial status gradually till 2002. ING Bank was established in1990 by merging Nationale – Nederlanden NV, the largest Dutch Insurance Company and NMB Post Bank Group NV. Mr. Shailendra Bhandari acts as
Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of ING Vysya Bank.
