IDBI Bank Recruitment 2010 – Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) is one of the largest commercial banks in India, it started first as a Development Financial institution and later as full pledged commercial Bank in the year 2004. Headquartered in Mumbai the bank has over 720 Branches and 1210 ATMs spread across India. The bank also has plans to roll out another 300 branches during FY 2011-12 and to fuel its expansion plans the bank has been actively recruiting and the latest recruitment from the bank is for 700 executive posts.

IDBI Executive Posts Recruitment – Bank has announced the recruitment of 700 executive posts across all regions in India with reservations held for SC(105),  ST(53),  OBT(189), PWD(21). These executive positions has a contract of 3 years and the salary paid varies from year to year, during the first year candidates will be paid Rs.12,000 and during the subsequent years Rs. 13,500(2nd year), Rs. 15,000 (3rd year).

Online Registration Starts from : 02.12.2010
Online Registration Close Date : 16.12.2010
Application Fees payment : 01.12.2010 to 15.12.2010.
Written Examination Date – 23 .01.2011.

Application Fee : Fee paid to the bank is non-refundable

(a) For SC/ST/XS/PWD - Rs.75/-
(b) For all others (including OBC) - Rs. 400/-

Note : Candidates can apply online through the Bank’s website www.idbibank.com after payment of fees between 1st Dec to 15th Dec at any IDBI or SBI branches using the challan given by the bank. Also the bank has mandated that it will accept only online applications and no other mode of sending applications is accepted.

Eligibility Criteria : Candidates who are interested to apply for the executive positions in IDBI Bank have to full fill the following eligibility criteria set by the bank.

• Age Limit : Maximum Age should be 25 years as on 30.11.2010.
• Education:
  • Should hold a Graduate Degree with 55% Aggregate marks as on 30.11.2010.
  • Must have good working knowledge in computers.

Selection Process: Selection procedure for the recruitment of  IDBI Executive Posts is  through Written Exam and Interview. Written exams will have questions from Reasoning, English Language Skills and Quantitative Aptitude. Candidates who have cleared the test will be called for interview.
