Its Govt. Sector Bank, whenever I try to call Customer Care of Corporation Bank, the voice of BSNL IVRS coming “This Phone Number is dead, Please call Later” in place of Executive Bank Customer Care.

Its the reason in India Private sector Bank going so much Ahead of Government Sector Bank.

respected sir,
i am Bijoy Kumar Dai. i am a group A grazed officer under central government working in ISRO posted in bangalore. i have SBI account and ATM card as well. i receive my salary in my SBI account only. i wnnted to have a sbi cread card so i have applied in internet .after that from sbi cread card section i receive some call and according to them i arrange all the documents and then i called them several times to come my quarter or office to collect the documents but every time they are telling that they will come today and so i wait for them but nobody comes..i don’t know what is the problem..aleast if they will not come then they can tell directly..the cradcard card contect no one of which which i call is08041713084. my mobile no is 9341199098.

You people have given it as 24hr service for debit and credit card customer care. But you are available between 9.30am to 5.00pm that too only 5 days a week and saturday half day.

I have just lost my debit card today(sunday), I had called corp bank customer care, no one receiving call. If some misuse my debit card then tell me what should I do.

Please keep customer care open 24hours, 7days a week complete. Otherwise It will be a problem for people like me.

I have lost my card at eve 9.30 pm and no one is picking up the phone who will be responsible if someone in the meantime misuses the card will bank take resposibilty.

customer care persom mr mahesh from bangalore dont know hw to serve customer how to help regarding there queries and he is sitting in the customer care department what type of banking system you have….

i lost my card today and the customer care executives are not picking up the call…sometimes it says busy and most of the time it rings…is this the way to treat the customers…i called up in the branch office but they too told me to call up at customer care…bank people told me to write a letter and submit…meanwhile somebody would misuse it…are they proving us that they dont care about our money.they are just concerned about their deposits…pls block my card
